I used Enterprise to install the Updates and Sysprep so that's what it installs. Probably have to inject the updates in an Offline image for it to work with all versions correctly.
Has all the updates after SP1 since 2/20/2012 including .NET4. Includes Extreme loader for activation.
Don't see a point to trying to get it working for an All Versions ISO (unless you need a Core version or want Datacenter...) when you can just use Enterprise and activate it no problem every time with the Extreme Loader.
